No One Forgotten: First workshop for self-development and mental empowerment based on the “Art of Connection”

Hopeart successfully conducted its first training sessions in Athens GR on 31 March,  21 April 21, and 28 April. This initiative, part of the “No One Forgotten” project funded by Creative Europe, brought together various artists for three days of experimentation, discovery, and connection.

The training focused on the “Art of Connection” methodology, emphasizing empathy, expression, generosity, and vulnerability. Participants engaged in activities designed to foster self-discovery and mutual understanding, laying the foundation for future collaborative performances.

The program aims to bridge the gap between artists with and without disabilities, promoting inclusivity and co-creation. The next phase of this journey includes an open call for more artists to join this transformative experience.
